C. C. Bud Reynolds

C. C. Bud Reynolds went to be with the Lord on November 26, 2011.  Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday November 30, 2011 in the Chapel of the Fountains, Brown Funeral Directors, Borger, TX with Terry Yarbrough officiating with burial to follow at Memory Gardens in Pampa TX.  Mr. Reynolds’s was born August 1, 1929 in Amarillo, TX to Velma Manning and Cloyce C. Reynolds Sr.  He grew up in Pampa TX and then moved to Borger TX in 1947 to working for Phillips Petroleum.  He married Betty Jo Thompson in 1947. Together they opened Reynolds’s Trim Shop in 1959 and later Bud’s Cycle Shop in 1976.  Bud was a 32nd degree Mason in the local Masonic Lodge Unity 1242, The Shriner’s, and The Scottish Rites.  He later married Cynthia Yarbrough of Borger, TX.  Bud was a lover of pets owning numerous dogs and cats throughout his life.  He also loved old cars, motorcycles, and working with his hands. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather Henry Coe, 2 sisters and wife Betty Jo. 

Mr. Reynolds is survived by his wife Cynthia of the home, two sons, Roy Reynolds and wife Cherie of Fritch and Paul Green of Amarillo TX.  Two daughters, Cyndee Perry and husband John of John’s Creek GA.  And Teri Green of Borger, TX Five grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and one great great  grandson.  A special niece Janice Bournes of Oklahoma and brother in lay Terry Yarbrough of Granbury, TX and a sister in law, Kay Yarbrough of Borger, TX.  His beloved pets Daisy, Noodle, Olive, Sylvester and Brownie. 

Mr. Reynolds will lie in state on Monday November 28th and Tuesday November 29th from 8:00a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Directors in Borger, TX.  The family will be having visitation at Browns on Tuesday November 29th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00p.m.
