Doyle Quimby 57, of Fritch, passed away, Saturday, September 24, 2011.

Doyle Lee Quimby was born Saturday, July 14, 1954 in Borger, TX to Vern and Dollie Quimby. He was a truck driver and member of Broadway Baptist Church in Fritch, TX.

He is preceded in death by his mom, Dollie (Weder) Slovech; his father, Vern Quimby; two brothers, George Quimby and Mark Quimby; and his nephew, Michael Riordan.

Survivors include his son, Jason Quimby of Las Vegas, NV; his daughter, Dalana and husband Jeff Ciancio of Woodward, OK; two grandchildren, Kurstyn and Kaydyn of Woodward, OK; seven sisters, Carrie Wood and husband Duane of Fritch, TX, Billie Badget and husband Ed of Kingston, OK, Verna Green and husband Earl of Miami, OK, Linda Archer and husband Dan of Shamrock, TX, June Riordan of Fritch, TX, Becky Morris and husband Ray of Camp Houston, OK and Dena Hileman and husband Beau of Panhandle TX; one brother, Gary Quimby and wife Pam of Hennessey, OK; two uncles; four aunts; seven nieces; ten nephews; and one good friend dog companion who he loved.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM, Tuesday, September 27, 2011 at Ames Cemetery in Ames, OK with Pastor Travis Schmidt officiating.
