Jeff Holcomb

Jeff Holcomb, 76, went to be with his Lord on Thursday, January 21, 2010.

Jeffery Dean Holcomb was born June 3, 1933 in Whittenburg, TX to Ray and Ilene Holcomb.  He was a warehouseman for Agrium.  He married Nita Orr on June 3, 1953 at the First Baptist Church in Phillips, TX. Jeff was a member of Unity Lodge No. 1242.  Jeff was a veteran serving in the Korean War in the Air Force division.

He is preceded in death by his mother Ilene and father Hal (Rusty) Nail and brother M.R. Holcomb Jr.

Survivors include his wife Nita, two daughters, Sandy Holcomb Black of Lakeside, AZ and Linda (Rocky ) Holcomb Kube of San Diego, CA, son Michael Dean Holcomb and wife Radonna of Grand Junction, CO, two sisters, Kaye Mardis and husband Randall of Jewett, TX and Janet Huckabee of Spring, TX, grandchildren Bo Jay Black of Canadian, TX, Kasey Black of Miami, TX, Amy Black of Dallas, TX, Rusty Kube of Tempe, AZ, Jessie Kube of Tempe, AZ, Jonathan Holcomb of Grand Junction, CO , David Holcomb of Grand Junction, CO, several nieces and a nephew.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00PM, Monday, January 25, 2010 at Riverview Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Camp Masterson Retreat Center, 9255 West CIG Road, Masterson, TX  79058.
