Myrtle Haner

Myrtle Haner, 88 of Borger, passed away Monday, August 15, 2011.

Myrtle was born Friday, June 22, 1923 to Pearl & Lucy May (Wiley) Haner in Sheridan Lake, CO. Myrtle was a trusted and lasting friend to all she met. In her own way, she would always try to repay a favor multiple times. She was a homemaker and a member of Franklin Street Church of Christ in Borger, TX.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters,  Effie May (Haner) Clements in May 2007 and Faye O. Haner in 1981; and a brother, Glenn W. Haner in 1977.

Myrtle is survived by two nephews,  David Clements and wife Carol of Midland, TX and  Mark Clements and wife Donna of Borger, TX; three great nieces, Amy Menegay of Ankeny, IA, Shea Seeber of Des Moines, IA and Leslie Clements of Borger, TX; and one great nephew, Casey Clements of Des Moines, IA.

Memorial Services will be 10:00AM, Friday, August 19, 2011 at Franklin Street Church of Christ in Borger, TX with Bryan Loughmiller, Minister, officiating.
